Job Shepherd

The solution

A full frontend redesign paired with a WordPress multisite network: custom employer portals on branded subdomains for posting jobs and managing applicants, multiple API-connected job feeds pulling in ministry and faith-sector listings alongside jobs posted directly through the network, and team-based applicant management with collaboration tools, all on infrastructure built to deploy new employer portals quickly.
